My Saturday afternoon was filled with beautiful golden light, sweet treats and a couple who was the epitome of old-fashioned love and admiration for one another.
MaryAnna and I have been talking for months, sharing ideas, and even created a Pinterest board with some inspiration for our April session in Northeast Pennsylvania. One day, we pinned the same photo to the board! Another day, we started talking about an old-time ice cream emporium in Delaware Water Gap, PA, and the theme for our session took flight!
We used a mix between The Notebook film, this bride-to-be’s amazing homemade and rustic touches, beautiful backdrops (including the site of their August wedding in Shawnee on Delaware, PA) and, the main attracton — the two of them! I love the way they looked at each other and how much they made the other person smile and laugh. It was truly fun to work with them and I am so grateful that they came into my life and that I get to be in theirs for at least a few more months and hopefully many more milestones!
I was so excited to edit their photos that they received their online gallery just three days after their session and have already ordered an album to remember the fun we had this weekend!
Congratulations! May your love always stay sweet and your laughter never stop!
