Marissa’s family has stood in front of my camera two years in a row now! Truly, I cannot describe the joy I felt when I saw her name in my e-mail inquiring for another photo session this year. Her family is SO much fun. We laugh and chat our way through an entire easygoing and fun photo session each year. I’m so grateful that they trust me with their beautiful family and their memories. Lakeside Family Photos in Frederick County

We returned to our favorite spot this year — the esplanade on Lake Linganore in New Market, Frederick County. Lake Linganore has a dozen gorgeous spots for photo sessions! But, the esplanade is one of my favorites — perfect any time of year but especially gorgeous in the Fall.

The kids are growing quickly and Mom said she is grateful we can capture them each year. We get to showcase their individual and fun personalities and I think it’s safe to say we all have a good time. We always wind up with a lot of funny outtakes and silly moments, too, which just goes to show how great this family is.
