From start to finish, working with Gabrielle has been dreamy and easy and so, so much fun. Gabrielle is a strong lady and tough momma who loves her son fiercely.

My Lake Linganore family photo session was with Gabrielle and her son and also with her sister and the family’s two big and adorable dogs.

Families come in many different shapes and forms and groupings and I love that no two are the same and I love that part of my job is to tell individual stories that are unique to each family or couple or individual.

I also love having the occasional four-legged friend (or two!) in our photos! It’s so fun and so important — they are just as special to families as any other family member.

For our photo session in Frederick County this fall, we met at the edge of a small forest and quaint lake and were able to capture a variety of backdrops and so many fun moments and memories while all having a great time.

I especially loved my time with Gabrielle’s son — he is absolutely handsome and full of SO much personality and made for some beautiful photos throughout the session.
