Every once in a while, there’s pure magic. It’s a combination like this: incredible family + great personalities + gorgeous Autumn colors + beautiful hometown backdrops = PERFECTION. I’m so in love with this fall family photo session in Lake Linganore!

Outdoor Fall Family Photo Session

I don’t even want to keep you from seeing these images but it’s important I tell you a little bit about this amazing family… if only because they’re so special to me! I have to brag on them a little bit!

Brooke and my daughter Addie have been in classes together every year of elementary school so far. And, I love the great, positive influence that Brooke is on Addie. Brooke is smart, kind, funny. (I’m guessing she gets it from her momma because Brooke’s mom is incredible, too). We owe the girls a hike together one of these days! I hope we can make it happen. There’s nothing like being outdoors with people you adore.

Our photo session took place in our Lake Linganore community. We had a mix of a gorgeous Autumn trail, a concrete esplanade pathway over our lake and on the beach itself. Between the outfits, Fall colors and gorgeous Autumn day, I was overwhelmed with joy and vibrancy. I couldn’t have asked for a better day for this incredible family!

You can really feel the goofiness and love in this family and I’m so grateful I got to freeze time on this stage of childhood for them. There’s nothing truly like being able to look back on the memories of your family years from now.
