Lakefront Love: An Outdoor Family Photos Session for a Family of Four

Anais is a new client of mine and I hope she is a forever client. I loved planning the session with her — she has a great eye for beauty and knows the importance of family photos and memories.

Anais is a lawyer, certified health coach and an incredible mom.

They traveled more than 45 minutes for their morning session in Lake Linganore in Frederick County and I’m so grateful for their flexibility and commitment to this lakefront family photo session.

We had a gorgeous morning alongside the lake and their outfits were so beautiful! They complemented one another so well and popped against the gorgeous greenery of our background.

Sometimes, families are nervous about having a small baby that cannot sit or crawl or walk yet for outdoor photo sessions. I love this, though! Baby can be held and snuggled and kissed and loved and I’m able to capture some close-up shots, too.

We captured a variety of shots! Solos and groups, candids and posed moments plus and I was able to turn the photos around and deliver their final edited images in just a few hours. Later that day, they had their images! And, Anais was been wonderful about sharing them online and tagging me — which is the ultimate compliment.

I’m so excited to follow Anais and her journey! Hopefully, I’ll see them in front of my camera again soon!
